Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian di Online Shop yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa di Kota Semarang Pada masa pandemi covid 19 yang terdiri dari gaya hidup, orientasi belanja, persepsi kemudahan, persepsi risiko dan kualitas informasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Kota Semarang yang pernah melakukan pembelian secara online. Sampelnya mahasiswa dari 7 Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Kota Semarang (Universitas Diponegoro, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES),   Universitas 17  Agustus   1945    ( UNTAG ) Semarang, UNIKA Soegiyopranoto, Universitas   Dian   Nuswantara ( UDINUS ) ,  Universitas  Islam Sultan   Agung ( Unissula ) Semarang dan Politeknik Negeri Semarang ( POLINES ). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non Random sampling, yaitu dengan purposive sampling dengan kriteria: mahasiswa yang masih aktif terdaftar, minimal telah dua kali melakukan pembelian online. Quota sampling dengan jumlah yang ditentukan sebanyak 70 responden dan accidental sampling. Alat analisis data menggunakan Regresi linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan   bahwa gaya hidup, persepsi kemudahan, persepsi risiko dan kualitas informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan Pembelian Di Online Shop  yang dilakukan  oleh mahasiswa Di Kota Semarang pada masa Pandemi Covid 19. Sedangkan orientasi belanja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.AbstractThis study was to analyze the factors that affect the purchasing decisions at the online shop made by college students in the city of Semarang during the Covid 19 pandemic which consists of lifestyle, shopping orientation, perceived ease, perceived risk and quality of information. The population in this study were college students in the city of Semarang who had made online purchases. The sample are college  students from 7 universities in the city of Semarang (Diponegoro University, Semarang State University (UNNES), UNTAG Semarang, UNIKA Soegiyopranoto, Dian Nuswantara University (UDINUS), Sultan Agung Islamic University (Unissula) Semarang and Semarang State Polytechnic (POLINES) The sampling technique used non-random sampling, namely purposive sampling with the criteria: college students who are still actively registered, have made at least two online purchases, Quota sampling with a specified number of 70 respondents and accidental sampling Data analysis tools using multiple linear regression The results showed that lifestyle, perceived ease, perceived risk and quality of information had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at online shops made by college students in the city of Semarang during the Covid 19 pandemic while shopping orientation has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

AbstraksiMasalah pokok pada penelitian ini adalah faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi kontinuitas usaha para pengusaha UMKM agar bisa memiliki daya saing secara berkelanjutan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para pengusaha kecil dan menengah yang tergabung dalam klaster di kota Semarang. Penarikan sampel meggunakan teknik acak berkelompok. Jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah data yang dapat dianalisis sebanyak 220. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model structural equation model dengan bantuan system AMOS 19.00.Pengusaha kecil menengah akan dapat menjalankan usaha dengan baik dan memiliki kemampuan untuk bersaing secara berkelanjutan apabila memiliki kesadaran untuk selalu meningkatkan pengetahuan melalui pelatihan, kesadaran pentingnya kerjasama, memiliki kepercayaan dan dipercaya oleh berbagai pihak   serta memiliki kemampuan untuk selalu melakukan inovasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi. (2). Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi. (3) Perilaku kerjasama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi. (4). Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Berkelanjutan. (5). Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Berkelanjutan. (6). This study population is small and medium entrepreneurs who are members of the cluster in the city of Semarang. Receipts random sampling techniques in groups. The number of samples by using the formula Slovin. Gathering data using questionnaires. The amount of data that can be analyzed as many as 220. The data were analyzed using structural equation model of the model with the help of the system AMOS 19:00.Small and medium entrepreneurs will be able to run the business well and has the ability to compete on an ongoing basis if they have the awareness to always improve knowledge through training, awareness of the importance of cooperation, have trust and be trusted by all parties as well as having the ability to constantly innovate.The results showed that (1) training and significant positive effect on innovation. (2). Confidence positive and significant impact on innovation. (3) The behavior of co-operation and a significant positive effect on innovation. (4). Training positive and significant effect on the Sustainable Competitive Advantage. (5). Confidence positive and significant effect on the Sustainable Competitive Advantage. (6). Abstract

 The purpose of this reseach to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction, the effect of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty and the effect of product quality on consumer loyalty and the effect of product quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this research  were all consumers who bought products from Rifa Culinary in Kendal from November 2017 to January 2018. The sample used was 90 people using non random sampling.  The sampling  technique uses quota sampling, purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis with intervening ( Path analysis ). The results of the research  show that there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction, there is an influence of consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty and there is an influence of product quality on loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.Key words : Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer  Loyalty
